- In order to confirm your course or training suite booking you will need to provide us with an official purchase order, credit card details or payment in full by cheque with your completed booking form.
- Invoices must be paid in full within 42 days of the date of invoice. Unfortunately failure to do so may result in a stop being issued on your account with us or cancellation of your training course booking.
- Once a booking form and payment are received your place will be confirmed by telephone, letter or email and only then is the booking with us guaranteed.

Cancellation/Refund policy – if you cancel your training course booking within 28 days of the date of the event then you will receive a full refund or credit note, if you cancel with 21 days then 50% of the cost will be charged and if you cancel within 14 days then the full price will be charged. Cancellations are accepted in writing by fax, letter or email or by telephone.
