Mencap

Mencap is the largest organisation for parents, families and people with a learning disability in the UK. They have seven Divisions, five in England, plus Wales and Northern Ireland. Each Division's affairs are managed by a committee. The Divisions are responsible for managing Mencap's District Officers, and are run by staff working alongside voluntary members.

They offer a wealth of support in all areas of learning disability. They produce lots of information leaflets and publications.
