Issue
My SuperTalker appears to be losing recorded messages.
Solution
You can only record one grid of messages on each level. For example, if you've recorded 8 messages using the 8-grid on level one, you can't record a 4-grid set of messages on the same level, you'd have to change level.
Issue
My SuperTalker is behaving erratically
Solution
Before sending the unit back, try a factory reset. Warning - this will erase ALL messages!
Hold down the record button for 15 seconds. You should see the light turn from red to yellow, back to red, then turn off. The SuperTalker will now be as it was when it left the factory. If problems persist, contact Inclusive Support.
