Known Issues:

Issue
Pressing the switch doesn't activate the base unit

Solution
Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly, then perform the following:

  • Turn both the switch unit and base unit on and turn them upside down
  • On the underside of each there is a small pinhole. Take a needle, pin or bent paperclip and push through the pinhole on the base unit until you feel a button click, then do the same with the switch unit
  • Press the switch top and the base station should flash
  • The units have now been paired
