My IntelliKeys USB board won't type at my Windows/Mac login screen.
Solution
For a copy of the latest UK IntelliKeys USB Software, contact Inclusive Support. (The Mac OS X version of the software is not compatible with the Griffin iMate. )
Issue
I can't open my IntelliKeys USB control Panel.
Solution
On some Windows computers, selecting 'Open IntelliKeys USB Control Panel' will not display this control panel (This has been seen on computers running Windows ME). The IntelliKeys USB is essentially non-functional. This can be resolved by updating your version of the IntelliKeys USB software as described above.
