Known Issues:

Issue
My SwITchBox appears to have stopped working or is sending key-presses other than those programmed.

Solution
Occasionally the software in the box can become corrupt. This is usually corrected by resending the default settings via the SwITchBox Software supplied. If you are using Windows 2000 or XP, see below.

Issue
When trying to send settings to the SwITchBox (using the SwITchBox software) I get the following error message: 'Privileged instruction.'

Solution
This occurs when trying to use an early version of the SwITchBox software with Windows XP. There are two new versions of the software available:

Windows 2000 and XP
Windows XP (SP2)

Issue
When I try to install the XP version of the software I'm getting a 'SwitchBox MFC Application' error.

Solution
This occurs when trying to use the 2000/XP software on an XP machine with Service Pack 2 installed. Download the Windows XP (SP2) SwitchBox software.

Info: The Inclusive SwITchBox is not fully compatible with the IntelliKeys Keyboard. The standard overlays can be used, but with the SwITchBox in place, an overlay cannot be sent to the IntelliKeys from the computer.
