My Bookworm will not record or play and both lights are showing red.
Solution
If both lights are red and constantly on, there is an error with the memory module. Remove the module and replace it, making sure it is pushed firmly into the unit. If this does not work, please contact Inclusive Support.
Issue
Is there a master-clear function?
Solution
Yes, if you wish to clear all recordings from all levels, hold the record button down for approximately 15 seconds. The lights will change colour in sequence. When cleared, both lights will be off.
Info: The Bookworm has recovery functionality built into it's circuitry. When turning the unit off, wait at least ten seconds before turning it back on to avoid any potential problems.
