Known Issues:
Issue
My BIGmack has become quiet and sounds distorted.
Solution
The loud speaker may be popped out (convex). It is an easy job to open up the BIGmack and Pop the speaker back in. Alternatively, send the unit back to Inclusive Technology.
Issue
There is an audible clicking noise when the message is played back.
Solution
Contact Inclusive Technology to arrange a return.
