Issue
How do I know my AlphaSmart has successfully connected to my computer?
Solution
When successfully connected via a USB cable, the AlphaSmart should display a message confirming this and will emulate your standard PC keyboard. From here you should be able to send each file to your computer via any available text-editor (eg. Notepad or Word). To change to a different file, hold down the command button and press the desired file-key.
