Simpy scan a document and the text is dropped straight into Microsoft Word. Scan2Text V2 is operated from within Microsoft Word, by adding just four extra menu items to the Word File Menu. The text can then be edited, or read back by a screen reader or WordRead 2. You can choose to retain the original format of the document and retain or remove images. You can even preview the scanned image and select the areas of the page that you wish to be converted into Word. It can automatically recognise and convert text in over 100 languages. Requires a scanner with a TWAIN or WIA driver interface.
