Inclusive Group Chairman, Martin Littler, has reached the Northern semi-final of the 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year awards. The Award is organized by Ernst & Young and co-sponsored by The Times, the London Stock Exchange and Citigroup.

"I am thrilled by this Award," said Martin Littler. "It is tribute to the very strong team who built a five million pound ($7.7 million) special needs assistive technology supplier from nothing in just six years". We did it by listening to special educators and therapists and providing what they needed in terms of training, information, and new technology.

The Inclusive Group comprises Inclusive Technology Ltd., the UK's leading assistive technology supplier to education and Inclusive Consultancy and Training Ltd. which has spearheaded the acclaimed ICTS specialist training of 6,664 teachers under the NOF initiative and organizes Special Needs IT exhibitions and the Special Needs Fringe. Last year saw the launch of Inclusive TLC, Inc., in America which has recently acquired Tom Caine and Associates, the largest assistive technology dealership on the eastern seaboard.

"Inclusive TLC will hugely increase our export earnings," says Littler. "It puts many great British and European assistive technology products into the hands of American special educators for the first time".
