Choose and Cook

An easy, fun, story based CD all about preparing healthy food. Simply choose a meal, then find the ingredients in the kitchen and choose the utensils. Choose and Cook takes you through the cooking and preparation processes. The program can be used in tandem with real cooking - the simple recipes can all be easily produced in the kitchen. The ACE Centre offers high quality, comprehensive CPD for anyone working with people with complex communication needs and/or physical difficulties. The emphasis on work based practice will encourage you to develop your knowledge and enhance your working practices. Courses combine distance learning with attendance at four day sessions. Manchester Metropolitan University accredited.
