BETT Awards
Inclusive has been shortlisted for three BETT Awards. The results will be announced in January 2010.
MyBoard
With its simple sets of tools - great for whiteboards and clumsy fingers! - MyBoard is an ideal choice for creating whiteboard and touch monitor activities for children with special needs.
As the BETT Award judges have identified, it is ideal for early learners too - MyBoard is shortlisted in the Early Years Solutions Category.
ICT Service and Support
This Award celebrates UK-based companies and educational organisations that provide effective services, support and professional development to ensure that ICT really makes an impact in the classroom.
ICT Company of the Year
ICT Company of the Year is a prestigious accolade in the educational ICT industry and will be won by a company that is successfully introducing inclusive top quality products in educational facilities around the UK.
BETT is the largest educational technology event in the world, with up to 25,000 teachers attending each January. Like the Edinburgh festival it has spawned a fringe, with specialist special needs companies exhibiting independently at the Special Needs Fringe in the Olympia Hilton next door.
The BETT Awards have been designed to recognise and reward the creativity, innovation and commitment of an organisation or company in developing high quality and effective educational ICT resources. Over 300 products are nominated each year for an Award. The overall winners will be announced at a gala dinner in January 2010.
