A webinar is a seminar or presentation that is conducted online (web + seminar). Webinars are also known as web seminars, web conferences or webcasts. Webinars allow participants in different locations to see and hear the presenter and interact by asking questions, answering polls, etc.
To take part in an Inclusive webinar you will need a computer connected to the Internet with microphone and speakers, you will access the webinar through your web browser. After registering, you will be sent an email with details of how to log into the webinar. This email will also contain a link to a short video on how to join an event that we recommend you watch.
We also recommend that you log in to any Inclusive webinar 10 minutes before the event begins. Check the “Test my connection first” option on the log in screen after entering your name and email. This will test your connection to the server and ensure that all required plugins are up to date.
