Delivery Information

UK Orders

UK orders placed under the value of £40.00 (excluding VAT) will be subject to a Standard Carriage Charge of £4.00 (+ VAT) and are normally shipped via Royal Mail. UK orders placed over the value of £40.00 (excluding VAT) will be subject to a Standard Carriage Charge of £7.50 (+ VAT) and are normally shipped via Courier.

Carriage for Monitors is charged at £10.00 per Monitor and some larger items are charged at £17.00 per item, in this case the carriage charge is clearly displayed on the product page. Carriage for Tobii orders is charged at £17.00 per order. When placing an order online, the carriage charge will be clearly displayed in your basket.

We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days from the date an order is received. There can be some occasions when despatch can take a little longer, if your order is urgent please telephone for timescales, some items can be sent by courier 24hrs (1 business day) upon request and will incur an additional charge. Some larger items such as monitors and trolleys will incur a higher delivery charge which is displayed on the product page and orders for these items need to be placed by telephone or purchase order.

European Orders

Orders within Europe are sent via Parcel Force Euro Priority. We aim to despatch as soon as possible from the date orders are placed (within 3-5 business days), however dependent on stock availability there are rare occasions that this may take a little longer. Delivery is then estimated to take up to 7 business days from date of despatch, however if your order is urgent please telephone for timescales.

International Orders outside Europe

International orders are sent via Parcel Force Global Priority. We aim to despatch as soon as possible from the date orders are placed (within 3-5 business days), however dependent on stock availability there are rare occasions that this may take a little longer. Delivery is then estimated to take up to 7 business days from date of despatch, however if your order is urgent please telephone for timescales.
