IT Picture Browser

A superb new tool for managing all those pictures. Making your own resources tailored for your pupils is much easier with this valuable program. Finding the images you need from amongst all those digital camera pictures and clipart can take forever. Now they can be stored and catalogued with IT Picture Browser.

Comes with over 1500 new pictures and you can easily add your own. View a thumbnail of each picture. Search by word, part word or exact match. Find the image you want, then just click on a button to copy the image to the clipboard. Then paste it into another program, such as Overlay Maker, Word etc.

IT Picture Browser has a database hiding behind it, so each image can have keywords assigned to it. You can then search for things to do with, for example, Winter. Or if you want to use images for a literacy activity, perhaps search for words containing ee or ea, etc.

Some image manipulation is also included - flip, rotate, mirror, crop etc. This can be very useful for creating visual discrimination activities. Handles many picture formats including bmp, jpg, wmf, png and some digital camera formats.

Add your own digital images to the store and add key words to make life easier. Installs with a wordlist for Inclusive Writer, so you can use the new images straight away in your writing if you have Inclusive Writer.
