About Us
At Inclusive Technology Ltd we believe it is important to give full support and backup to all our customers. This starts with helping you get the right resources for your learners, and at the right price.
Placing an Order
Our online catalogue has been developed to make it easy for you to place an order for the products that you require.
Simply browse the sections and products in the catalogue. When you find a product that you want to add to your order enter the quantity that you require against the correct format or variant of that product and click on the 'Add Selection to Order' button.
As you build up your order you can check the details using the 'View Order' button. You can also change the quantity of any of the products in the order by editing the number in the 'Quantity' box for that products row, or completely remove a product row from the order by clicking on the checkbox in the 'Remove' column. When you have made any changes just click the 'update order' button underneath the order summary.
Once you have added all the products that you require click on the 'Submit Order' button to begin the quick and easy process of submitting your order to us. You will be asked to provide a few details and select the method of payment (see 'Payment Methods' below). Schools, LEAs, other educational establishments and private individuals can all place orders via the catalogue.
When you have submitted your order you will be presented with a receipt page. You should print this out for your records. If you have chosen the 'Payment Method' of 'Invoice With Order (Authorisation Required)' then this receipt page will require signing by the person who authorises your purchase orders and sending to us by fax or post. The receipt page
is not your invoice
and does not constitute a contract between us. You will be sent an invoice with your order.
Shortly after submitting your order we will send you an email, which will contain all the details of the order that you have placed.
Carriage Costs
All orders will be subject to a Standard Carriage Charge of £7.50 (+ VAT). This will be clearly displayed in your order summary during the order submission process.
Computer Trolleys and Touch Monitors, due to their larger size and weight, are subject to an additional carriage charge of £17 (+ VAT) per item ordered. When you order one of these items the additional carriage charge will be shown as a separate line item in the order summary.
For non-UK customers
we will charge the carriage at cost. In most cases where an order is for software only the standard £7.50 charge will be sufficient, however it may be necessary to make a small additional charge for long-haul carriage or orders containing larger items of hardware.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery
Payment Methods
The Payment Method that you should select for your order depends on whether you are an educational establishment (schools, colleges, nurseries and LEAs) or a private customer.
Educational Establishments (UK only):
We accept purchase orders from educational establishments. Invoices for orders placed using a purchase order will be sent out with the products, or posted separately to the invoice address if a different delivery address is specified.
Please use the text box below where you select the Payment Method to
provide us with your Purchase Order number
.
If you do not need anyone to authorise your order then you should select the 'Invoice With Order' option from the Payment Methods dropdown box. You order will then be processed as soon as we receive it.
If your order needs to be authorised by someone the select the 'Invoice With Order (Authorisation Required)' option. This option will provide you with an order confirmation page which has an additional space for the signature of the person who can authorise your order. You should print this page, obtain the signature required and then fax or post it back to us (the details are shown on the page) so that we can process your order. We will wait until we received the signed authority before we process your order and create an invoice for it. If we do not receive the signed authority by ten working days after you have placed the order then we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order.
Private Customers (and all non-UK orders):
Payment for orders from private customers and all non-UK customers is required via a credit or debit card. You should select the 'Credit or Debit Card' Payment Method. You will be asked to supply us with your card details via secure connection (see Credit Card Security below).
We don't make a payment on your card when you supply the details
, we simply collect your card details so that we can process the payment via a 'card holder not present' transaction when we have dispatched your order.
If you are a private customer there is no need to supply us with your Job Title/Position or School/Organisation.
Please Note:
If paying by credit or debit card the card must be registered at your
billing address
.
Back Orders
If any of the products in your order are out of stock we will reserve them for you for when they become available. We will either email or telephone you to inform you of this and give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices shown in the online catalogue are exclusive of VAT. Orders received from UK customers will be subject to VAT at 17.5%.
Our VAT Number is 732-8223-45
For orders from elsewhere in the European Union we have to charge tax at 17.5% unless you supply us your Sales Tax Number (the equivalent of the UK VAT Registration Number). Please use the box where you enter your address details to provide the number. A charge for VAT will be shown in your order confirmation but you should ignore this and it will not be included in your invoice.
For orders from outside the European Union we will not charge any tax on your order. A charge for VAT will be shown in your order confirmation but you should ignore this and it will not be included in your invoice.
A few of the products that we sell, namely books, are exempt from VAT.
VAT Relief:
Certain products that we sell can be purchased at a price exempt from VAT. This is known as VAT relief and is subject to the following rule:
The product in question must have been designed specifically for use by people with a disability and is being purchased by, or on behalf of, someone who is disabled
.
During the process of submitting your order you will be presented with a checkbox (providing your order contains at least one product that is liable for VAT relief) where you can tell us if you think you qualify for the relief. If you click this checkbox then the VAT on the relevant product(s) will be removed. Products that don't qualify for VAT relief will be charged with VAT at 17.5% as normal. Our Carriage Charge will also be subject to VAT, even if all the products in your order are not.
For us to complete your order and take payment with VAT relief applied you must complete and return a 'VAT Exemption' form for us. The form can be downloaded from our
Guide to VAT Relief
, where you will also find more details on VAT relief.
Please note that VAT Relief can only be applied for by private UK based customers
Credit Card Security
If you are a private customer then we will require you to provide your credit or debit card details when you submit your order. After selecting the 'Credit or Debit Card' payment method your web browser will be transferred to a secure server (you will see the 'Golden Padlock' symbol at the bottom of your browser window and the first part of the URL will change from 'http' to 'https'). You will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details here, before being transferred back to our online catalogue. The details you enter will be sent back to our server using a 128-bit encryption, the highest level of security currently available.
