• I am very impressed by how easy the service worked – although I have to confess to having been given two lots of discount for two separate orders now!
  

(That's OK... the 5% discount applies to every online order until the end of 2006!)

• I find the website nice and easy to use. I found the software I required by using the a-z index, as I couldn’t find it using the age group mechanism. This didn’t however make the order any more time consuming and I found the whole process quite user friendly.
