Biscuit Bakers - what would a birthday party be without an array of special treats? Whether it’s icing cupcakes, baking biscuits or concocting delectables from scratch, every child loves cooking and then gobbling up his or her creations. In this activity, careful reading has a tasty payoff.

The Envelope Please… - this activity uses invitations and cards as a springboard for writing and for exploring the concept of audience in writing.
