Software Engineer (.Net)We’re currently looking for a software engineer to join our team as we begin the development of our next generation of products.

What does the job involve?

You’ll be working as part of an established and diverse team who have experience creating products, content and services. There will be the chance to influence how the team functions and grows in the future. Projects will include fresh development of our subscription based online products and new eCommerce website. All new solutions will be developed on a cloud based architecture to support our growth in new and existing territories and increase the depth and scalability of our increasingly sophisticated offerings.

What are we looking for?

We’d like to find someone who is driven and can work with and mentor the team as it continues to grow and develop. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tackle fresh technical challenges.

The successful applicant will have to clearly demonstrate their knowledge and expertise including:

  • .NET, C# / Entity framework / MVC
  • SQL Server development and management
  • Web API RESTful web services
  • Cloud based services (AWS, Azure, etc)

You’ll need to have a minimum of 3-5 years' .Net development experience. Any previous work on large, multi-tiered web applications would be an advantage as would any in the following:

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Test Driven Development
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £45,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
