Digital Marketing Executive

Inclusive Technology is a leading assistive technology company that provides award winning online software (HelpKidzLearn.com) and hardware to thousands of special education schools around the world. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to take on the challenge of our online marketing activities in our fast-paced environment. Working alongside each of our teams you will be responsible for the development & implementation of our digital marketing strategy and campaigns.


  • planning digital acquisition campaigns for Inclusive.co.uk and HelpKidzLearn.com brands;
  • delivering agreed KPIs for sales & traffic growth;
  • identify any market trends & insights;
  • deliver a digital strategy including creation of digital content, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, PR and paid social media;
  • produce traffic and sales growth within targeted cost and ROI;
  • manage PPC & remarketing campaigns including keyword research;
  • maintain & grow our social media presence;
  • measure & provide a daily/weekly digital marketing report on performance of all marketing activities;
  • utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
  • competitor monitoring and benchmarking.

  • the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects;

  • organisational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work;

  • strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice;
  • experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • knowledge of existing and emerging trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
  • experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite design software;
  • creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas;
  • networking, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • strong content and copywriting skills;
  • experience in a similar digital marketing role.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £30,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
